600 Foot Wall Installation
With this residential townhouse project, we removed and disposed of an old wooden retaining wall, trenched then compacted the base materials, installed drainage, built a 600 foot Allan Block retaining wall with the bottom row and key stress points cemented then completed with back filling and asphalt repairs to the laneway.
Allan Block Retaining Wall
With this residential project, we had removed and disposed of an old rotting wood tie retaining wall, graded and compacted the base with crushed limestone, installed a new Allan Block retaining wall, with drainage, and back fill, as well as re-soiled and seeded the front lawns.
Broomed Concrete Driveway
With this residential project, we had removed and disposed of an old cracked concrete driveway, added gravel, graded and compacted the base, installed wood forms, installed rebar reinforcements, then installed a new broom finished concrete driveway.
Stamped Concrete Sidewalks
With this residential townhome project we removed and disposed of old weathered slate stone tiled sidewalks and doorway entrances, then installed new decorative stamped concrete. The stamp pattern is Grand Canyon Stone and the color is Slate Grey with a charcoal release secondary tone. The job was completed with pressure washing and an application of commercial grade concrete sealer including a non-slip additive.
Stamped Concrete Patio
With this residential project we removed and disposed of old worn out paving stones then installed a new decorative stamped concrete patio and sidewalk. The stamp pattern is Random Stone and the color is Slate Grey with a charcoal release secondary tone. The job was completed with pressure washing and an application of commercial grade low VOC concrete sealer including a non-slip additive.
Exposed Aggregate Patio
With this residential project we removed and disposed of a grass area then placed and compacted a gravel base, installed rebar reinforcements and installed a new exposed aggregate patio. After placing the concrete we then pressure wash the surface to expsoed the stones. The job completes with a muriatic acid wash and a coating of commmercial grade low VOC solvent based concrete sealer including a non-slip additive, to make the colorful stones sparkle.
Concrete Steps Replacement
With this project for a commercial distribution warehouse in Downtown Winnipeg, we had demolishied the concrete landing and steps, installed wood forms, rebar reinforcements, then placed and broom finished a new concrete staircase.
Concrete Steps Resurfacing
In some instances where space allows, steps can be resurfaced. With this residential project, we had partially removed and disposed of concrete steps and landing, installed wood forms, rebar reinforcements, then placed and broom finished a new concrete staircase.
Concrete Parking Pad
With this residential project, we had excavated, graded and compacted the base with 3/4" down limestone, installed rebar reinforcements, then placed and broom finished a new concrete parking pad.
Concrete Sidewalk
With this residential project, we had excavated, graded and compacted the base with 3/4" down limestone, installed wood forming, rebar reinforcements, then placed and broom finished a new concrete sidewalk with solor inset LED lighting.
Concrete Wheelchair Ramp
With this senior citizens condominium complex, we had removed and disposed of a partial concrete sidewalk, graded and compacted the base, then formed and placed a new concrete wheelchair ramp.
Paving Asphalt Approach
With this residential project, we had graded and compacted the base, then paved a new asphalt approach from the city street to a new concrete driveway which we had placed and finished.
Sealing Concrete Driveway
With this residential project, after we had repaired cracks and pressure washed the driveway, we completed the job by applying a protective coating of commercial grade concrete sealer including a non-slip additive.
Paving Speed Bumps
With this townhouse residential project, we installed a number of asphalt speed bumps to slow traffic down. After paving the speed bumps they are painted with commercial grade reflective traffic paint for easy visibility day and night
Asphalt Driveway Sealcoating
With this residential asphalt driveway project, we pressure washed and applied a fresh protective coating of asphalt sealer.
